Six (6) Months of Wellness

Refund Policy

We trust that you will enjoy the benefits of your wellness package. Please note that refunds are limited to unused months of service only.  Payments for any month for which services have begun are non-refundable due to the following:

  • Wellness Plans are customized and delivered on an ongoing basis which requires substantial time and labor. Customized products are packaged for optimal protection and mailed each month. 
  • Some products are perishable and non-returnable due to health, sanitary and safety reasons.
  • Some proprietary information, materials and products cannot be protected from plagiarism after delivery, and welcome packaging and some items are custom-made cannot be reused.
  • Your Wellness Plan and learning materials are issued digitally with full access and cannot be unsent whether you access them not. You will receive full access to information and services in the online member center with your complimentary membership subscription.
  • Wellness consultations reserve and utilize services that could have been available to potential or realized clients/members.
  • Partial refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused months of service.
